Low · 3 nights minimum Mid · 4 nights minimum High · 5 nights minimum Peak · 7 nights, Saturday to Saturday

July and August

The sea is at its warmest and the island at its busiest. Stays run Saturday to Saturday with a seven-night minimum, and the larger houses are reserved first.

May, June, September, October

Warm water from June, quieter roads and shorter minimum stays. The clubs open in late spring and hold their closing parties in early autumn.

November to March

Many beach restaurants close for winter, but the villages stay open and the almond trees flower across the north in late January and February.

Questions about Ibiza villas

Ibiza Island Villas has matched guests with private houses on the island since 1994. Here are the things people ask us most before they book.

What are the best areas to stay in an Ibiza villa?

It depends on what you want from the week. The west coast around Sant Josep and Sant Antoni has the sunsets and the view of Es Vedrà. The north is quiet, with pine hills and small coves. The south has the long beaches, the salt flats and the airport ten minutes away. Ibiza Town is best for restaurants and the old walls of Dalt Vila, and the countryside around Santa Gertrudis suits families who like fincas and village cafés. Our Ibiza villas page lets you filter by area.

Do the villas have a private pool?

Yes. Every villa we list has its own private pool, and several have heated pools for spring and autumn stays.

When is the best time to rent a villa in Ibiza?

July and August are the busiest and warmest months. May, June, September and October are quieter, with warm sea and lower rates. From November to March the island is calm and many guests book for a winter escape. See the seasons guide on this page for how rates change through the year.

What time are check-in and check-out?

Guests arrive in the afternoon and leave in the morning, so a day when one guest leaves and the next arrives shows as half booked on the villa calendar.

Can you arrange transfers, a chef or a boat?

Yes. Our island team can arrange an airport transfer, a private chef, a skippered boat to Formentera and a stocked kitchen before you land. Ask when you book.

How do I book an Ibiza villa?

Choose your dates and guests in the search, open a villa to see its price and calendar, and send a booking request. You can also write to us at ibizajoe@icloud.com.
